The Queens Volunteer Committee of Transportation Alternatives is hosting a bike ride to tour some of the more extravagant holiday decoration displays.

Their last ride of 2016 will be Thursday December 29, cycling through Whitestone and College Point to see the over-the-top holiday lights extravaganzas.

Joining from Western Queens: La Nueva (86-10 37th Avenue, Jackson Heights) early for a bite to eat and something warm to drink before departure at 6:30pm

Joining from Eastern Queens: 7pm in Flushing at Northern Blvd/Prince St.

Rain, snow, or extreme cold postpones the ride to Sunday, January 2, 5 PM. Stay tuned.
