We have just leaned that Francis Lewis High School student, Raymond Chen, was hit by a New York City bus and is listed as being in “serious condition, but unlikely to die”.  He has been taken to New York Presbyterian with a skull fracture and bleeding on the brain.  Raymond’s bicycle was struck by a bus at the corner of Kissena Boulevard and Peck Avenue.
