Please join us for the inaugural Bayside Family Bike Ride! The ride will begin at 58th avenue and Underhill Avenue in Kissena Corridor park, and will proceed along the Brooklyn-Queens Greenway to the Alley Pond Adventure Course and back. The ride will be roughly 7 miles, and will include some moderate hills. The route is almost entirely off-street and will run mostly along the Vanderbilt Motor Parkway. Although the route is safe, parents should accompany their children on the ride, which should last just over an hour.
This is an unsupported ride, meaning that riders are responsible for their own safety and for dealing with mechanical problems with their bicycles that may arise.
