They ride the advanced trails, so mountain biking skills are a must. Though they do it at a more intermediate pace.

If you need a bike, you can reserve, in advance, mountain bike rentals with helmets. The ride is weather permitting. Helmets are required. The group meets at the trail head. See you there! Because we ride!
