Last night we had a tremendous win on Northern Boulevard.  The Department of Transportation will build 1.5 miles of protected space on Northern Boulevard and 4+ miles of protected space to connect to the Vanderbilt Motor Parkway.  The Douglaston route to the LIRR did not pass.  DoT should start construction this year.
